This festival is for you. We’re bringing you 2 days packed with inspiration and practical steps to managing flexible work alongside living a whole life.
Does "flexible working" mean "always working"? In the modern working world, we work really hard. On average, over 60 hours per week. To do more, we silently agreed to sacrifice our time off. "Burnout" is a ubiquitous buzzword, the "inbox of shame" and "productivity paralysis" describe a typical working day.
This festival will unpack why "busyness" can negatively impact your productivity and creativity, and we need to relearn the art of being bored.
We'll help you understand your current behaviours and reasons for overwhelm. Imagine boldly facing any challenge that comes your way. Imagine confronting any problem you run into and resolving it with confidence.
Multi-hyphen careers and remote working have become the norm in our working culture. We need to understand how to juggle work and life coexisting in the same space and how downtime is an essential part of productivity.
Here's what you'll learn over two days...
⏰Powerful techniques to boost your consistency for weeks, months, or even years
⏰Why downtime matters so much, and how to use it to increase productivity
⏰How to create a business plan to measure your progress and ensure that you are on track
⏰Top three proven methods to become an abundance magnetView the schedule
More time, stress relief, and relaxation. The world we live in is busier and changing faster than ever before. More and more things are competing for your time, and distractions are interrupting your day. You want more time to spend with family, time to achieve big goals, and simply enjoying life.
This event will cover why mental health matters and powerful ways to redefine success for yourself. Reclaiming your time off should be easy. It is only when you simplify your approach that you can rise above the busyness and chaos of our fast-paced society.
With three live networking sessions, we'll look at a unique take on finding your formula for working genius using the 3-step solution Fab covers in the book: Simplify, Delegate, Automate.
As part of your tickets, you'll get both a digital and physical copy of Fab Giovanetti's new book, Reclaim your Time Off, as well as complimentary access to the two-day festival.
Please read our FAQs for more info on when you'll get your digital and physical book copies.
